Control panels, PLC and robotics, plus the modern layer (Linux, MQTT, time-series data, edge computing, embedded firmware, computer vision). One team for the hardware on the floor and the software and data on top of it, applied to manufacturing and adjacent physical operations.

Vlad Torocsik
Co-founder & Administrator, Management & Engineering
Engineer specialising in automation design and mechanical engineering. As administrator he runs the company alongside the engineering side: machine and cell design, scoping and planning, keeping every build on track from design through commissioning.
Marius-Vasile Cozma
Co-founder, Management & Engineering
Engineer with experience in industrial automation on production lines across western Romania (automotive, plastic injection, packaging). Worked on robotics, vision and PLC projects before co-founding NovaWorks. Specialises in automation and IIoT: PLC and controls on the floor, plus connected real-time data, edge and monitoring on top.

Every system ships with a warranty period and real technical support behind it. When a line is down you reach an engineer who knows your build, not a ticket queue. Maintenance and spares are available long after handover.
Built to run, not to demo.
We build for years of uptime on a production floor: proven industrial components, wiring to EN 60204-1, conservative logic and clear diagnostics. Tested hard before it ships, so it holds up in real conditions.

We pick the controller, the brand and the components that fit your existing equipment, your maintenance team and the spares you can source locally. Not the ones that pay us the best margin or tie you to us.

We come to your floor first
We walk the process: cycle times, throughput, layout, utilities and the equipment we have to integrate with. The requirement is defined on site before we quote anything.
Clear scope, fixed price
A technical proposal with the concept, defined scope, key components, timeline and a fixed price. You know exactly what gets built and what it costs before you commit.
Designed, built, tested before it ships
Mechanical CAD and electrical design, fabrication, assembly, wiring and PLC, robot and vision programming. We run a factory acceptance test on the complete system before it leaves us.
Running on your line, not just delivered
On-site install in planned windows around production, commissioning and operator training. You get the full engineering package, a warranty period, and maintenance and spares support afterwards.
