Control Panel Engineering & Build
Industrial control panels designed, built, and tested to EN 60204-1 and EN 61439. From schematic to wired and labelled enclosure ready for installation. Plant-side wiring covered through certified subcontractors when needed.
Schematic Design
Electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, bill of materials, panel layout, and terminal lists. Drawn in AutoCAD Electrical or QElectroTech with revision control and clean as-built deliverables.
Panel Assembly & Wiring
DIN rail layout, component mounting, wire dressing, ferrules, end-sleeves, terminal blocks, and labelling. Built to drawing, cleanly dressed, ready for service for years.
FAT & Testing
Factory Acceptance Test before shipping. Continuity, dielectric strength, insulation resistance, functional checks against the schematic. Written report with traceable pass/fail per circuit.
Compliance & Documentation
EN 60204-1 and EN 61439 conformity dossier, IP rating verification, CE marking documentation, label books, and as-built drawings. Everything an auditor or future maintainer needs.
Retrofit & Modernisation
Audit, replace obsolete contactors, breakers, and PLCs in existing panels. Add I/O for new sensors, refresh documentation, bring older builds back to current standards without scrapping the cabinet.
Standard deliverables
At the end of every project you receive, by default:
Commissioned system
The machine or cell itself, built, installed and running on your floor, tested against the agreed spec.
Program files & backups
PLC, HMI and robot programs plus project backups, handed over so your team can maintain the system.
Schematics & wiring
Electrical schematics, network diagrams, panel layouts where applicable.
Operations documentation
How the system works, how it's deployed, how to keep it running.
Team training
Walkthrough sessions for your engineers, operators, or maintenance team.
Acceptance test report
Written test results against the criteria agreed up front. Pass/fail, traceable.
Bug-fix warranty
Defined warranty period in every contract. We fix what we shipped.
Spare parts list
Recommended spares and a full bill of materials, so service and replacements stay easy.
